JK, HP: HBP, Twilight + Breakin' Dawn
Just some stuff maybe you didn't already know?
J.K Rowling has apparently hand written a little HP Prequel tidbit? All for raising money for a charity no doubt (like the woman needs to write more HP to earn more money?!) This spontaneous piece of magical fiction is set to be based 3 years prior to Harry's birth and involving Sirius Black and James Potter. Interesting? Shyeah! So it's going under the auction hammer very soon and certainly will be raking in the dough. Fortunately for us non-billionaireth people, apparently the tidbit will be available to read in August when a booklet of Authors' spontaneously hand written pieces become available to purchase (booklet includes this HP prequel bit, if I wasn't clear on that). That or when someone kindly types it up for us poor HP malnourished geeks online. [Source]
Semi-related news...The WB Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince has finished filming. According to Emma Watson (Hermione Granger), filming ceased May 17th and in it's process of post production stuff. Which is cool, but they still haven't released a trailer! A Twilight Movie teaser trailer has already been put out and I don't think they've finished filming everything yet? I think. I dunno? Don't quote me on it. HBP TRAILER! FTW! C'MON!
Slightly off topic and yet still quite relative, the Twilight Movie is looking too darn sexy for words. It's killing me that apparently MTV has chosen Twilight as one of the pre-show movie segments before the actual MTV Movie Awards and that they will be previewing a completed scene from the movie!!! Kindly enough MTV have established that the segment will be airing LIVE including on most international MTV channels, including MTV Australia. Yippee right? No! I don't have MTV and when it broadcasts live at 730PM ET SUNDAY 1st June, 2008, that is about 1030AM EST the following day for us in the Oz (MONDAY 2nd of June). The chances I can get off work to watch it on my Aunt's cable is highly unlikely. I suppose it isn't a big deal? I know most Twilight themed sites will no doubt upload the clips online and all I'd have to do is come home for lunch and download everything. It still sucks though- you know, in all the wrong places.
Though you know what doesn't suck? Stephenie Meyers. She is the bomb diggitty! The woman writes these amazing books and is constantly spoiling her fans with excerpts and snippets of things that have yet to come when she could so just make us wait painfully for August (or whenever Breaking Dawn comes out). Plus the woman has great taste in music and vampires too I guess. I'm not going to bother myself worrying about whether I'm able to read that spoiling first chapter of Breaking Dawn in the special edition of "Eclipse". August is so close I can almost taste the cold air (reminder location Australia ok) and no doubt while Loki is driving, I'll be READING BREAKING DAWN (and then get all hot and worked up reading about Edward that Loki might have to pull over :p KIDDIN OMG SHUT UP!)

I finally saw the one minute long Twilight movie preview clip. PFFT. It was alright, I had to watch it a few times to actually appreciate it though, nevertheless it still left me wanting more. It's a good thing I didn't decide to ditch work in the morning to watch it. Would have kinda been pointless. I must say though Robert P and Kristen S were looking smokin' hot at the awards night. Well on the red carpet at least. Kristen looks much hotter with dark hair and her green eyes (I think they're suppose to be green?) It's hot! And Rob, shyeah- he's hot anyway? He's Edward!
Side note. I also watched that Laura chick getting her dream interview with Rob. That cracked me up. Rob's completely mental (in a good way). He laughs a lot, which reminds me of me? Yeah he's cool. Congrats to the Laura chick though. I reckon she handled the whole thing very well. I would of been a complete mess.
